Roberto is building the AI infrastructure layer that makes healthcare interoperability possible, enabling seamless, intelligent data integration across clinical systems at scale. At Tiet AI, he leads the development of Hydra, a platform designed to become the connective tissue of health data ecosystem. He brings deep experience as a technology and engineering leader across healthcare, logistics, and data platforms, with prior roles at Idoven and Ontruck, and a long track record building scalable systems and applying AI to high-complexity, real-world environments.

Outside of work, he enjoys hiking mountain trails, getting lost in forests, and above all, in the cold stillness of Lapland's frozen landscapes, where silence and ice have a way of putting everything back in perspective.
