Jacobo was born in Denmark and raised in Barcelona. After studying International Business at the University of Sheffield, he started his career at Deloitte in the Robotics & Intelligent Automation practice, helping large organizations drive digital transformation.

He later moved to Berlin to complete a Master's in Strategy & Finance at ESCP Business School, joining ng-voice, a B2B SaaS bringing voice to data networks for telecom operators as Strategy & Finance Analyst in the CEO Office. Jacobo then joined Inkef Capital in Amsterdam, one of European's leading Series A venture funds, supporting the deployment of its first €500M fund. He joined Plus Partners in September 2023 as first employee.

At Plus Partners Jacobo is focused on meeting founders and looking for the people and companies that will shape the future of Southern Europe in technology.

Outside of work, Jacobo is happiest off the beaten path, riding enduro or trial bikes, skiing deep powder, or chasing waves somewhere far from home.
